Service Description

A postpartum doula is a trained professional who provides physical, emotional, and practical support to families during the postpartum period, typically the first few weeks or months after childbirth. Their primary goal is to ease the transition into parenthood. Some of the services I provide: Assisting with newborn care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques. Supporting the birthing person’s recovery, offering guidance and encouragement. Helping with household tasks, such as light cleaning, and organization. Offering resources and education on infant care, breastfeeding, and postpartum wellness. Providing emotional support, fostering confidence, and reducing stress for new parent.
